Q:What is your terms of delivery?
A:We support EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP,DDP terms.
Q:What is the lead time?
A:The leadtime is depend on the quantity and custom requirements. Only 3 working days if products in stock. Otherwise, please kindly contact with the consultants.

A:We won't kept a lot of e-bike in our warehouse. We will produce according to your requirements to ensure that you can receive the best quality.
Q:What is your terms of packing?
A:Generally, our electric bike is packed with disassembled front wheel and handlebar,also include an instruction manual enclosed for each bike.It can be assembled in 10 minutes.
Q:How long should I charge the batteries?
A:If the battery is totally empty, it will need to charge 4-6hours depending on the battery size.
Q:How to choose the battery capacity? The difference?
A:The larger the number, The stronger the battery storage capacity. Generally, under the same condition , the larger battery capacity, the longer driving mileage.
Q:How to choose dual motors and single motor?
A:Generally, the single motor is installed in the rear wheel, and the dual motors are installed in the front and rear wheels respectively. A single motor e-bike is cheaper than a dual motors e-bike.
