Return & Exchange Policy

Dear YIDI customer: I hope you enjoy the electric bike you bought at YIDI. Our YIDI after-sales service team always puts customers first, if you have any questions,you can contact your customer service (Jamilah Chen or Olivia Zhou).


【Collection】:

For all orders (including pre-orders), your credit/debit card will be charged immediately.  There is no delay in receiving payments, regardless of when the item is expected to deliver.


【Refund】:

Purchased but not shipped 
1. Can be canceled and refunded by our customer service, but a 5% handling fee will be charged, and customers can only get 95% refund.
2. For customized products, we do not accept any refund if production has been finished.

Item has been shipped
1. The item has been shipped (you already have a tracking number), you will be charged a certain amount of restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The specific amount needs to be confirmed with your customer service.
2. When you notify us in time, we will try our best to ask the warehouse to stop your delivery, and if the interception is successful, then only a 5% fee will be charged.


【Exchange & Modification】:

Address Modification
1. (Purchased but not shipped ) If your address is wrong, our customer service team can modify it without handling fees as long as it has not been shipped.
2. (Item has been shipped ) If your address is incorrect and the item has been shipped (you already have a tracking number), we will attempt to submit an address modification request to the service provider. But we couldn’t guarantee that the address can be successfully modified, it depends on logistics company's reply.If the modification is successful, the customer needs to bear a certain amount of handling fee. Please contact your customer service for details.
3. If the address cannot be modified, the item can only be sent to the original delivery address.

Change the model or color
1. (Purchased but not shipped ) If you buy the wrong model or color, please contact your customer service. We will decide whether you need to pay the balance or give you partial refund according to the price of the new one.
2. (Item has been shipped ) we will try our best to intercept the goods.If the interception is successful,you need to pay a certain amount of handling fee.Please consult your customer service for details.
3. For customized products, we do not accept any modification or refund if production has been finished.

Therefore, before confirming the purchase, please ensure that your delivery address and purchase information you provide is accurate to avoid unnecessary losses.

 

【Tips】:
 
1. The case that returning items without contacting the seller is not accepted.
2. The buyer bears shipping back cost, except when wrong items are sent or there’s obvious quality problem when delivered.
3. Please don't return the pacakge to the sender address listed on the package.
4. Flash sale or limited sale items are final sale, no return/exchange/refund accepted.
5. The refund would be made in 2-3 Business days the way it's paid after we get the return package and have the item checked, we will keep you updated by email of the refund process. The refund usually takes different time back to your account/card, payment made by Paypal balance would be back immediately, other payment methods, the time you get the refund differs, please contact the card/bank to check.
