Shipping Policy

Generally, the first vessel is mainly by sea, UPS/DHL or truck delivery are used locally after customs clearance at the port.
 
All orders are sent tracked. Tracking number provided with order confirmation email.
 
Whilst we try to get your orders to you as seamlessly and as quickly as possible we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by international customs.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
 
You can take an estimated 10- 60 business days (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs.
 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
 
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PLACE A INCORRECT ADDRESS?
 
All customers that provide an incorrect address when ordering, have the ability to ship to the alternative address if the package has not yet shipped. However, if the parcel has been shipped,we are not liable to provide any customer with a refund or replacement. But we will attempt to submit an address modification request to the service provider. But we couldn’t guarantee that the address can be successfully modified, it depends on logistics company's reply. If the modification is successful, the customer needs to bear a certain amount of handling fee. If the address cannot be modified, the item can only be sent to the original delivery address.

 
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
 
We'll mark the shipment terms on the payment. Welcome to consult us in advance.
If you choose DDP term to ship your goods , you not need to worry about the custom clearance and tax. All-inclusive (Delivered Duty Paid) to your address.
If you choose DDU term to ship your goods( Duty Unpaid Price ), which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
